The Winter Warrior - Thomas Paine and Kydex Holsters

        Our newest, all kydex, holster line is known as the “Winter Warrior” series. But why? Thomas Paine, one of the USA’s founding fathers, so famously stated:

“THESE are the times that try men's souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands by it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as FREEDOM should not be highly rated”

        The summer soldier and sunshine patriot were basically fair weather friends of the Revolution; lending a hand in the warm summer months but shrinking away from duty when winter came and times were more trying.

        We named this holster series the “Winter Warrior” because being a Fierce Defender means being ever vigilant and prepared, not just when it’s easy to be so, but when it’s difficult as well. The one who may seek to do you or your loved ones harm isn’t going to wait to strike when you’re having a good day and the sun is shining and you’re expecting it. You may be called to react to a crisis on one of your worst days or when it’s very inconvenient to do so. But the true winter warrior will be prepared and take action all the same; protecting themselves and the ones they love. And you can be sure in that very moment, our all kydex “Winter Warrior” will be there for you.

    The Winter Warrior – that’s encouraging inspiration in these times . I love the holster but more, the inspirational reminder as I wear it. My name is Mark, which means, defender. My younger years were full of abuse, bullying and targeting. That ended when I was 19, when my mother died. I said, no more.
    I have always been a defender and philosopher. I pray for peace but I carry a gun. I love the Winter and I am a Winter Warrior. Thanks again
