Refund policy

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. A restocking fee of 30% may be added at our discretion.

1. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

 

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Also, at our discretion for orders placed for holsters that are not designed for the firearm you want to use it with.

 

Restocking Fee

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. We do not pay for return shipping unless the item is defective. A restocking fee of 30% may be withheld from the refund at our discretion unless the item is defective.
